The Ravine is 100% committed to the satisfaction of our customers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a uniform or apparel you purchased you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date, you must have a valid receipt dated within 30 days or less from the original purchase date. The product must have the tags still on it and the garment must not be washed or worn.

Cash Refunds

Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment for purchase as cash.

Credit Card Refunds

All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that merchandise was purchased on. In the event there is no receipt showing credit card used or credit card is not available, The Ravine will issue a store credit in the form of a Gift Card.

Check Refunds

All check purchases will be refunded 14 days after the original check has cleared.
