RETURNS

Ravine, Inc. is 100% committed to your satisfaction.

Any uniform or apparel purchased here may be returned within 30 days for defects in manufacturing or workmanship and will be replaced at the earliest possible opportunity. Products must have all tags intact. The garment must not have been worn nor washed. Gift Cards will be issued for approved  returns.   Purchase of apparel in the correct size is the responsibility of the buyer .  Improper size is not considered product-return criteria.

CASH REFUNDS

Items purchased with Ravine Gift Cards are ineligible for cash refunds.

Store credit or replacement will be provided for defective products.

Receipt or proof of purchase is required with any return.

 

CREDIT CARD / CHECK  REFUNDS

Refunds granted for credit card purchases will be credited back to the original account with proof of purchase. Returns without receipts may be issued a Gift Card for store credit.
